About Us:
Ken Nicholson
Construction and development run in Ken’s veins. He grew up in a family of builders and began working with his father’s and uncle’s construction companies at an early age. Ken learned the trades from the ground up. He has worked in concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and painting. On the commercial side, Ken has built or remodeled strip malls, grocery stores, tanning salons, dry cleaners, and several brand name outlets such as McDonalds, Osco drug stores, Michaels, and Tux N Tails. His career in residential building led him from building Hallcraft Homes with his father to Shea Homes where he built 3500 to 5000 square foot high-end million-dollar homes. In 2008 Ken added certifications in thermal imaging, indoor air quality, and mold inspections. This enabled him to become an asset to any builder or investor because he can determine the true, behind-the-walls condition of any building or rehab that is under consideration.
