About Us:

Ken Nicholson

Construction and development have always played a significant role in Ken’s life. Growing up in a family of builders, he started gaining hands-on experience early on by working with his father’s and uncle’s construction companies. This exposure allowed Ken to develop a comprehensive understanding of various trades, including concrete work, framing, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, and painting.

In the commercial sector, Ken has successfully built or remodeled numerous establishments, such as strip malls, grocery stores, tanning salons, and dry cleaners. He has also collaborated with well-known brands, including Panda Express, Proctor & Gamble, McDonald's, Osco Drug Stores, Michaels, and Tux N Tails. In the realm of residential construction, Ken’s journey began with building Hallcraft Homes alongside his father, and later, he worked at Shea Homes, where he constructed high-end houses ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 square feet, each valued at over a million dollars.

In 2008, Ken further enhanced his skill set by obtaining certifications in thermal imaging, indoor air quality, and mold inspections. These qualifications have made him a valuable asset to builders and investors, as he can accurately assess the hidden conditions of any building or renovation project being considered.
