In addition to the Ruiz & Nicholson equity fund, the platform works with two categories of capital partners:

JV Partners — Standalone Spec Home Projects

Ruiz & Nicholson works with joint venture partners on standalone luxury spec home projects. JV structures are project-specific and negotiated deal by deal. Typical JV partners are experienced real estate investors, family offices, or private capital sources with an interest in ground-up Arizona luxury exposure without participating in a pooled fund.
